The As I Am Foundation on 25th May 2019, executed their project dubbed, Spread the Love at the Agbogbloshie market where hundreds of head porters, commonly called "Kayaye" and market people were beneficiaries.
As I Am foundation is a registered non-profit organisation with a health based primary aim, and a secondary aim which is to help pick up street individuals or destitute individuals and hand them over to talented youth groups for training in various fields of their interest.
The team conducted a health screening for the people of Agbogbloshie market which included blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar, blood grouping, BMI, and hepatitis B test. They were also educated on sexually transmitted diseases and those requiring counseling were counseled.

Asked why she chose to hold it on her birthday instead of celebrating, she replied that, "Spreading love with people in need is my way of celebrating my day. We need to reach out to the unreached".
In her final words, the Pentecost University College graduate expressed her profound gratitude to God, parents, As I Am Foundation members, sponsors, and everyone who played a role in the success of the project. "I can't thank you enough; God bless and reward you all. As I Am...Reaching the unreached!", she concluded.
