As part of the finalists' week celebration of the School of Nursing and Midwifery (SONAM) of the University of Health and Allied Sciences(UHAS) , a group of Nursing students stormed the township of Ho, today, 27th April, 2018 , on a health outreach program. Speaking to Campus Radio correspondent, Mr. Kafui Dey, Hon. Divine Kporha, UHAS SRC President for 2016/2017 academic year, explained that the idea to organize the health outreach at Ho was powered by the vision of the University which is to become a pre-eminent research-based institution dedicated to community service, and they as students were playing their part to materialize this vision.
