Provincial UHAS SRC President joins the NAHSAG Presidential race

The provincial SRC president for the  University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho Campus, Mr. Amenyo Obed has joined the race for Presidency of the National Health Students Association of Ghana (NAHSAG). He confirmed this in an exclusive interview with Campus Radio Ghana's correspondent Priscilla Arthur. 

Giving a brief account about NAHSAG, Hon. Amenyo made it known that the association was established with the vision to create an enabling platform for the development of distinguished health professionals with liberating effect on the good people of Ghana as well as the international community at large. Unfortunately, he lamented most health students are not even aware of this association of which they are members by default. This according to him informed his decision to run for the presidency. 

He aims to strengthen membership participation through an envisioned policy he will make known once the vetting committee gives him the green light. 

The election however comes off at the NAHSAG upcoming delegates congress slated for the 17th to the 24th of April 2018 at the Sunyani Technical University. 

In his concluding remarks,  he urged colleague students to gather the enthusiasm to take up bold steps to contribute to the development of their societies and not to forget God's supremacy over all things.
