UHAS SRC Inaugurates Dave Bore Hole Project
As part of its continual commitment to ensuring maximum quality of life of students on campus, the Students Representative Council (SRC) of the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), led by its President, H.E. Derrick Asare, on the 6th Of March, 2019, commissioned a long-awaited borehole project at the Dave Campus.
Water crisis has been one major predicament faced over the years by occupants of the Dave Hostel. It has been reported that they sometimes had to go without water for a day or two or more. This Short coming didn't slide over the eagle-eyed Derrick-Asare-led adminstration.
Speaking with Campus Radio correspondent, Christian Foli, H.E. Derrick Asare revealed that the borehole project was part of the SRC's plans in addressing student challenges on campus, hence took it upon themselves to offer this needed service to the affected students.
Present for the commissioning were both Federal and Provincial SRC Executives, committee heads and other well-meaning students of the University community.
