[Lifestyle]: The Penis Cheat Code!



 Having an erect penis when you have not intended could be really stressful. It gets worst when it happens as you find yourself in the midst of people you respect the most.

Interestingly, your Pastor, the President, the handsome, the ugly, the rascals and all the "Holiko" guys you know have been victims before. As far as you have a penis with a sound healthy mind, you are at risk. The penis is a master on it own. It stands when unprovoked, and sometimes fail us when we need it the most. - sad part

Several theories have been attributed to this sudden awkward occurrence.

Studies show that the majority of erections you have in a day are actually in your sleep.

So it could be that your penis sometimes gets rubbed a certain way by your clothing, or that pressure gets put on it a certain way, or you could possibly be slightly nervous in public settings leading to  the increase in your heart rate making the  blood pressure  cause you to get an erection.

It honestly could be just about anything.What remains a fact is that, it is mostly not deliberate!

Almost everyone has a way of dealing with this situation. Ranging from the up- up - down - down-A-B-C counts to the dreaded moment when you have to make adjustments in your shorts (placement) without anyone noticing. This is a real ish.  It's nothing compared to menstrual crumps.

I mean, a lady can complain about abdominal pain and get exemptions from responsibilities but who the hell?. Which man will be brave enough to report when they've been called upon to give a speech in front of a class, that their penis is in an attention position?

But wait, guys! the ladies might have a point. The secret to deflating your manhood at such an awkward moment is quite very simple, unlike menstrual cramps.

When you tense (Yeyere - in twi) every muscle in your body as hard as you can, the erection will vanish within 30seconds. This is because  an erection is simply  blood rushing to the penis. After tensing  your muscles  blood  is directed to the muscles instead of to your penis, therefore getting rid of your "hard on" almost instantaneously.

This is the most scientifically proven method of dealing with the unprovoked erection monster. It is a testimony for most men across the globe, including myself.

If symptoms persist after 1minute consult your doctor. You might be suffering from priapism or a dire medical condition.
